Hi,

Can someone from pioneer tell me if the Master Tempo timestrech algorithm in Rekordbox is the same in CDJ3000, xdj XZ, xdj RX3 ?

If it is about playing in Performance mode on CDJ-3000 and other players, it is using rekordbox, so the algorithm is the same.


If it is about comparing the rekordbox and the CDJ etc, it's a different story, but why you want to know?

Hi,

I have an flx10 and I know all Pioneer controllers don't process/play music files, everything happens in Rekordbox.

I ask this because if there is a big gap in  terms of timestrech algorithm compared to a standalone controller I probably switch for a standalone like RX3, Opus or XZ.

There is no remarkable difference regarding the algorithm of the Master Tempo between rekordbox and CDJ-3000, OPUS-QUAD, XDJ-XZ and XDJ-RX3.
