Rekordbox track duplicates and not being recognized by Mac

I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but I have a Mac Mini with Sonoma 14.5 and I have two issues. 1) When I buy new tracks from Beatport and then I transfer them to a UBS or even my main library of music many of them are duplicated and most recently many are not transferring with the the metadata 2) When I open Rekordbox and then close it I can't reopen at a later time. I have to restart my Mac each time. Also, if I leave Rekordbox open it will crash and even if I try to reopen I can't and I have to restart my Mac anyways. Please advise on this issue.
