RB 7 - Library backup to network drive changes settings, causes track analysis error
I have a NAS set up for doing file transfers and storing backups. On my network, that's mapped as R:\ because, well, Rekordbox.
But when I run a backup and set the destination to the R:\ drive, most of the drive mappings in the local settings file also get changed to R:\ (or R:/), which ends up causing track analysis errors the next time I load Rekordbox. This makes no sense. Why is choosing a destination for a backup file changing my rekordbox3.settings values?
The backup should backup the files as they are, not alter them in the process. Is there an assumption that designating a different drive letter for writing the backup is signaling that Rekordbox is moving to that same drive? That's not usually how backups work.
