XDJ-RX hardware unlock not working?
I installed rekordbox ver.7 and rekordbox cannot be controlled using the connected DJ equipment after free trial ended and notification says I need upgrading to a higher plan. It was working fine with ver.6.
What is the issue with this?

The same thing happens to me, when I switched to Rekordbox 7, compatibility has been lost and I think it's very ugly on the part of Alpha Teta. Please any solution?
Hi,
I understand a line of old devices are no longer hardware unlock devices for the latest version of our software.
The latest of these devices was launched in 2016, so 8 years ago.
They are still compatible with rekordbox ver. 7, however, a subscription will be required to use these controllers with the software.
However, you can still use your XDJ-RX controller as hardware unlock device with version 6 of our software.
