DDJ-Sx2 sound coming out but inoperable controller

DDJ-Sx2 sound coming out but inoperable controller

So sound is being played out from the sx2 but serato wont recoginze the controller. I have reinstalled drivers and firmware i have no idea what is going on. I can mix with my mouse but and select songs but i physically cannot use the controller. Help PLEASE!!!

Hi there,

Please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you are using a stable USB connection.

  • Try another USB cable;
  • Try to connect the USB cable to other USB ports;
  • Disconnect other products connected to the computer;
  • Make sure to connect the DJ device directly to the computer without a USB hub;
  • If you are using a USB converter, please make sure you use a genuine Apple product for higher stability.

 

 

2. In the Serato DJ Pro setting, select MIDI and click "Restore Default" as shown below.
