Recording on Opus Quad

Hi there,

We haven't heard of a similar issue on any of the All-in-One DJ systems.
 
Does it occur with any USB ports and USB drives?
What file system is used to format the USB drive? 
Have you tried other formats, like HFS+ and exFAT?
Have you freshly formatted the USB drive?
What music files do you use and do they cause any issues while playing them?
 
If you use a Windows computer, please check the USB drive by following the procedure below and see if the issue improves.

Please back up the USB drive as a precaution just in case.

1) Plug the USB drive into the PC;
2) Right-click the device that displays in the Explorer;
3) Select Properties > Tools tab > click Check
 
 
If you use a Mac, you can check the USB drive with First Aid.
Please back up the USB drive as a precaution just in case.
Go to Application - >Utilities > Disk Utility and execute First Aid.
Maybe there is a problem with the drive and Read Error is occurring.

I bought a new USB drive Kingston 3.2 and works fine for me. I use an Opus Quad.
