New CDJ3000 waveform flickers / Stuttering

I have 2 original release CDJ3000 from Sept 2020 and I purchased a 3rd CDJ3000 Dec 2023 and having issues with it with the waveforms stuttering / flickering on the new unit. I have contacted Alpha Theta and have been told this 

"I regret that you've experienced this issue with a new product however a hardware inspection would be the best course of action to inspect the issue and determine if there is a fault which may require hardware servicing.
 
I apologize if there was a miscommunication when you phoned our call-center; they are not support agents, just operators who direct the call content to our support agents for assistance. They should say that someone will be in contact with you, however we are not making customer calls at this time and thank you for your patience and understanding."

No I not understanding this. I have purchased a 3rd $3650 Canadian unit, and I also have a DJMA9 and you're telling me that you're not making calls at this time?  I think this is a software issue or if it is a hardware issue, this would be something that pioneer would already know about but they aren't saying it. There must be some hardware differences between the original release and new models that must be causing this.  I'm frustrated that there is a lack of customer service from Alpha Theta.

Also looking at this forum, I see topics that are weeks old that haven't been replied to. Seriously what is going on?

Back on August 5th I replied on your support ticket with the following:

Hi Yves, how is it that you deleted your original response and also deleted my response to your comment?  I have already contacted the support and all that was offered was to do a soft reset. Why are you trying hide this issue?

I am sorry to hear about the issue.  Please try to factory restore the unit from the Utility Settings Menu.
 
To enter the Utility Settings Menu see page 73 of the manual.
