XDJ XZ FAIL

Coincidence or not, I have had an XDJ XZ since January 2020 until 2024, I have always updated it and never had any problems. On July 10th, it started to crash on deck 2, crashing all the commands on the right side of the deck. I noticed that when the problem occurs, the microphone cuts off the audio and deck 1 plays normally as if no problem had occurred. I noticed that this problem occurred using USB 1 and 2 with a pen drive after 30 minutes, so I tested the link mode, the same problem occurred, so I used the recordbox performance mode and the problem took around 1 hour to appear. When the problem appears, deck 2 and its resources are completely out of control, canceling the pitch, the master tempo, the cue and play buttons and the song goes to the end and then returns to the beginning by itself, the game has no command, it appears as if it were a kind of advance, skipping the track in its normal time... However, intermittently, this equipment has not suffered any external cause (water, power, falls or misuse and temperature) as soon as the problem appears, I restart the XZ and it returns to working normally...
