DDJ1000-SRT crossfader not working

I have a DDJ1000-SRT and have just replaced the crossfader as it ws not functioning. Ran the console at a job for 30minutes and it stopped working again.

Any ideas where to from here??

Hi Peter,

In the Serato DJ Pro setting, select MIDI and click "Restore Default" as shown below.

 

Also, please make sure to assign the channels correctly to Decks A and B respectively.
