Rekordbox - XDJ RX3 Sound Color FX and Beat FX not working when unit is in MIDI mode

Hi. I have had this really stupid issue for a while and tried everything to fix it. I have scoured the internet and it seems noone else has had, or at least posted about this problem here. 

Basically I need the option to be able to output my audio also to my default speakers for OBS livestreaming. This option is ONLY avaliable in MIDI mode. and when you use the Line output on Rekordbox this option dissapears. (A bit of a stupid design flaw if you ask me).

The actual problem is as follows. 

I turn my XDJ-RX3 unit to Midi mode. Enable software control and add it to deck 1 and 2. Then Rekordbox links up to the decks completely fine and I can browse and play tunes controlling rekordbox via my RX3 Units hardware. Even the software displays completely fine. 

The problem is when I try to use Sound Color FX and Beat FX. Basically most of neither of these functions, which work perfectly fine out of MIDI mode, work anymore. It is even weirder considering the fact that the NOISE sound color FX works fine and also the fact that the Beat FX works on the master deck if the channel is set to master, but not on individually numbered decks. 

I am not a novice with technology or pioneer equipment and have tried tirelessly to get this working.

I have already:

Updated and reinstalled XDJ-RX3 Drivers multiple times from different sources.
Reset my MIDI controls in Rekordbox
Updated my RX3s firmware, multiple times.

There isnt much more left that I can do which leads me to believe this is a Driver Software issue, Especially because some functions work and others dont. 

Also i remember a couple of weeks ago i did manage to get this all completely working and when i went to relaunch more recently i am now faced with this problem again. Please Pioneer help me as this should be something simple...
