No this doesn't help. I've noticed that there are over 1,000 queries as to this product malfunctioning this way. But there doesnt seem to be an agreed upon solution either.
My controller is brand new out of the box. It never worked once it only lights up but is absolutely unfunctional.
And all you can tell me is to watch the video on how to hook it up. I'm searching for help with this product not looking to chat with a moron. Thank you
