Buffering loading Pre-analysed Tracks

Runnings Rekordbox on Mac Pro M2

1 in 10 songs and when loading a track, it buffering just showing a loading symbol

Tracks have already been analysed, Rekordbox most recent update, Mac not that old

Any advice as to troubleshoot options or what could be going on?
