Hi everyone,

I just got my FLX4 a few weeks ago and step by step I got some more stuff, like headphone, speakers, etc.

Now I have the problem to use my headphones (I tested it on another source and they worked).

Here are my settings:


The first and probably to most common option is this one:

I can here the music via my speakers but the phones are dead. Headphone level is on ~70%. Crossfader turned left, Music on both decks and the right cue button is activated. First I had the suspicion that Win11 is the problem. But I also tried this option and I used the headphones as speaker with a cable adapter:

There is still no sound via my headphones on the headphone jack.

Whats wrong here?

Hello??? Anybody there? It would also help a reference to a manual or something like that.

Hi there Timo,

Everything seems alright in Preferences.

Please note that you do not need to have any settings for your Booth Output.

If your Master output works correctly, please check that you have set your headphones' volume adjustment correctly on your DJ controller.

  • Turn the HEADPHONES MIXING knob to the center;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob all the way to the left;
  • Press the MASTER CUE button;
  • Press your desired Channel CUE button;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob slowly to the right.

Many Thanks!!! The Booth Output was the problem. Now it works as it should be!
