I've seen on multiple posts already that all I need to do is enable Core subscription and voila the midi function will now be enabled and not be grayed out and I can start mapping. So I subscribed to the Core + Cloud subscription and it's still grayed out, and I've also hard restarted. Any help here?

Hi there,

Please note that rekordbox has a MIDI mapping function, so it is sometimes possible to control with third-party products, however, not all functions are MIDI assignable as some functions may not be available with third-party products.

Bear in mind that rekordbox is designed to be integrated with Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta products, therefore we cannot guarantee the functionality of your DJ device with rekordbox.
