Exported tracks' waveform/beatgrid misaligned

I have an issue with exported tracks from Rekordbox not loading correctly on CDJs/XDJs.

Tracks maintain correct beatgrid and waveform alignment in Rekordbox, but for some tracks these do not load from USB correctly onto CDJs and XDJs (have recreated this issue on CDJ 2000 NXS2s, CDJ 3000s, and XDJ RX2 and RX3s).

The issue is that for some tracks exported to USB, the waveform and beatgrid aren't aligned properly when loaded on DJ equipment, despite the tracks loading and playing correctly in Rekordbox. The correct BPM is maintained, but the waveforms and corresponding beatgrids are out of alignment—visual cues are completely incorrect and I have to manually beatmatch by ear, and Beatsync does not work accurately.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what's going wrong, but this has been regularly occurring for months both in RB 6 and RB 7.
