windows audio deactivated CUE 2
Hi folks,
I have a question about streaming via OSB in combination with my Pioneer system! First of all, my XDJ-XZ and Recordbox are both up to date with the latest updates!
The XDJ-XZ is connected to my PC via USB cable and I have Recordbos open! I would like to route the audio signal to the Streman in my PC! To do this, I have to select XDJ-XZ in Recordbox under Settings/Audio/WindowsAudio (Line) so that the signal arrives in OSB! Everything is great so far and it works perfectly!
For the livestream, I logically also need the CUEs to be able to select and adjust the next song via my headphones! The problem here is that only my CUE 1 works and CUE 2 doesn't! CUE 2 only works and now comes the kicker when I ACTIVATE BOTH CUE 1 and CUE 2! 🤔
I'm a bit at the end of my tether right now. I've also contacted support, but they haven't gotten back to me yet!
The mysterious thing is, in normal line out mode, both CUE's work perfectly. It only occurs when I change the signal in the audio settings under Windows to the PC!
Guys, what's going on? What am I doing wrong?
I would be really happy if someone knows what's going on! 🙏
LG Micha

Is there anything wrong with the channel 2 CUE in standalone mode?
Does it work properly if you don't use OBS?
If it works without the OBS and works in standalone mode, probably audio routing is not working properly, but we don't test with OBS, hence we are not sure.
Generally, it is recommended to send the audio from the XDJ-XZ to a computer via an interface, or use another computer for live streaming.
We are not able to provide further support when you use a third-party software.
No, everything is ok with the CUEs! The error is only when I change the audio output for Windows in Recordbox in the settings! It has nothing to do with OBS, because the error must be in the program if in Recordbox!!! Only then is the CUE2 deactivated and only becomes active when I also activate CUE1! Total nonsense, but where is the error?
