DDJ-FLX4 Not Recognized by Computer
A recently purchased DDJ-FLX4 is not working on Rekordbox, nor is it being recognized by my computer.
-The controller's device name does not show up in 'Device Manager' or 'Devices and Printers' on my computer.
-I have made sure the usb-c cable is connected to the laptop/phone outlet on the back of the controller.
-I have bought a second usb-c cable and used it, the issue persists.
-I have tried restarting my computer and reinstalling rekordbox.
-Both the left/right 'in' buttons are blinking when plugged into my computer.

UPDATE, SOLUTION IS FOUND:
I believe the usb-c ports on my computer are not strong enough to power on the controller.
I tried using a usb-c to usb-a cord and the controller is lit up and working, rekord box is responding to the controller.
