Vinyl Mode On/Off Set as a Preference

It is clear that we can set a keyboard shortcut to toggled Vinyl mode on and off, but it is annoying that when restarting Rekordbox, it is always on by default. 

My request is to add a preference setting so that when restarting Rekordbox starts it sets vinyl mode on or off based on the preference set. 

In my case, most of the time I don't want to use vinyl mode, and it is too easy to bump the Jogwheel and stop the track in error, either just accidentally, or when intending to just nudge the track to sync it.
