Where has the Set Memory Cue at the first beat of track when analyzing option gone ?

Has this been removed, to make people pay for Intelligent Cue Creation subscription ?

This is terrible behaviour.

I've removed RB7 and will be keeping RB6.

You can achieve it in Preferences->Analysis->CUE Analysis
 
Enable "Set CUE point during Analysis"
Select Manual
Select Memory Cue
Enable "Set to 1.1 Bar"
