CDJ-3000 - No signal from digital output

Hello,

I purchased a CDJ-3000 new from Guitar Center last month, and today, the digital output stopped sending a signal. It's connected to a Euphonia mixer. 

These are the troubleshooting steps I've taken:

- verified digital is selected on the mixer channel 

- updated firmware on the unit to 3.16

- swapped digital cables with my second unit that is working - no dice

- swapped mixer channels - no dice

- connected a RCA cable - output does go to the mixer and it works as expected

- investigated all settings in the menu on the unit

I'm wondering if there is a setting somewhere that I'm missing?
