Omnis Duo Navigation Knob Behavior in Waveform Mode - Why Press Shift?

Hey fellow DJs,

I've got a question about the navigation knob on the Omnis Duo controller. When you're in "browsing mode," you can press the knob to select tracks and navigate through playlists, which works great. But when you're in "waveform mode," pressing the knob doesn't do anything. Instead, you have to press Shift + the knob to get back into browsing mode.

My question is: Why do we have to press Shift to switch into browsing mode from waveform mode? Wouldn’t it make more sense to just be able to press the knob directly, like we do in browsing mode? It feels like an unnecessary extra step, especially when you need to switch modes quickly during a set.

It would be way more intuitive and faster if a simple press of the knob could take you back to browsing mode, instead of always needing the Shift key. Anyone else finding this a bit awkward or am I missing something?

Would love to hear if there's a specific reason behind this, or if the devs could consider tweaking this in a future update.
