I have connected my DDJ FLX4 to my laptop and all the connections work, I am able to navigate Serato Pro using it however the audio isn't outputting. Even the master/mixer isn't lighting up.

Do you experience the same issue when connecting your DJ controller to rekordbox?
Always make sure to have your DJ software and your computer's OS to the latest version (except for macOS Sequoia).
And make sure the latest firmware version is installed on your DDJ-FLX4.
