Is there a way to lock a deck remotely?

I am looking to setup a DJ Studio in New Zealand similar to the hire-able Pirate Studios in the UK.
I have the space and access to CDJ3000s and DJM A9/900NXS2
I am considering creating the option to hire 2-4 decks with decks 3&4 being additional charges. I am wondering if there is the option to be able to lock a CDJ at the software level that I can control remotely and set to a timer dependent on whether the customer has chosen to hire the decks. Alternatively, it would work to have the lock be on the mixer input to stop the audio flowing from the deck into the mixer instead.

No, it isn't possible. No DJ equipment has this.
You would need to have something like a smart power plug locked behind a box/wall where the decks and mixer are connected to. Then you can control it remotely.
But it also leaves a loop hole. If the wifi is out the smart plug won't get the command to turn off.
