Rekordbox Tidal Streaming Issue: "Network Error: Fix Your Network Connection Environment Then Try Again" on 7.0.5
I am connected to the internet and my connection is healthy. I am able to log into Tidal on the webpage that pops up when the "log in" button is pressed in Rekordbox. The login on the tidal webpage processes correctly. However, when the rekordbox app pops back up to begin loading in the Tidal Library, it all appears to load correctly, then suddenly at the end of the loading, a new dialog pops up that says "Network Error: Fix Your Network Connection Environment Then Try Again". Afterwards, the Tidal folder is accessible, but upon opening any other sub folders, such as "playlists", there is nothing there. Again, my internet connection is healthy. I have restarted my computer multiple times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled rekordbox. I have also gone back to older versions of Rekordbox (7.0.2 specifically), and I still get the same exact behavior. I can log into Tidal's own internat web platforms perfectly fine. This issue seems isolated to Rekordbox.
Not sure if this is relevant, but here is an example fault entry I get from the "Tidal.log" file in the rekordbox data folder: "7 Nov 2024 12:22:22pm: HTTP error: 500

I have not changed any other settings or configuation file data in all of these program files. I have searched other solutions online, but they all seem to correspond to either Mac systems (I am on Windows 11), older software, or other streaming platforms. Another discussion post asked the poster to submit a ticket and then the thread ends, so I am doing the same, but I also wanted to post this here for future reference.

I have this same issue on mac and I put in a ticket as well. I've tried absolutely everything to get it to work. My ticket is #540192
Yeah, I also just installed rekordbox on another Windows 11 laptop I have and also immediately got the same exact behavior.
I also know someone else who is currently using Tidal streaming on rekordbox too
Randomly just started working. No idea why. Will leave this open for a little while in case the issue reoccurs.

I have tried multiple times, still not working, i´m using 7.2.13 someone said in reddit that if you change your default browser it should help, it didnt help me
