Rekordbox License query

Hi,

I have a new PC, and wish to use my Rekordbox license on my new PC as well as a laptop, problem is, It's also on another laptop which I don't have access to, how do I remove my Rekordbox license from that other laptop so that I can just have it on my current laptop and new PC? 

I've deactivated my licenses in Rekordbox under preferences, and then reactivated both RB DJ and RB DVS on my laptop again, will this remove my Rekordbox license from the device I have no access to?
