Rekordbox Android 4.3.4.5 Cloud Sync broken
Support: See ticket 539135.
Despite using the same AlphaTheta and Dropbox accounts, Rekordbox for Android is not syncing with my collection from Rekordbox for Windows. It all used to work OK but seems to have become screwed up for Android after restoring a backup in Rekordbox for Windows. Rekordbox for Android is now syncing with a completely different collection (0 tracks) and creates a separate contents folder on Dropbox after importing and uploading a track to cloud (Rekordbox for Windows in turn does not see that track after sync is complete). I have Rekordbox 7.0.5 on two different PCs and they appear to be syncing correctly. The mobile app is the odd one out.
Have tried everything support has asked me to try, for over two weeks now this case has not been resolved.
Uninstall/reinstall the app, turn off sync on desktop, turn on sync on desktop, wait for sync on desktop to complete, turn on sync in the app, wait for it to complete - 0 tracks shown. Have done this dance about a dozen times. I've also tried moving all cloud synced tracks on desktop back to local storage, then syncing them back to cloud again to no avail, as well as deauthorizing my desktop and phone from my account settings, and reauthorizing them again. I've tried deleting the entire collection on desktop, removing all files from Dropbox and restoring backup and uploading the entire collection again. Rekordbox for Android just refuses to see it. Nothing is sorting this out. What an incredible waste of time.
By all indications it seems something is broken on the server side.

Hi,
I think we’re dealing with the same issue. I don’t use cloud sync, but I rely on Wi-Fi sync with Rekordbox Mobile. Since I got a new phone, the sync hasn’t been working anymore. Over six months ago, I contacted support and opened a ticket. However, support has been very slow, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
After reading your post, I decided to enable cloud sync on both my Windows laptop and Android phone. They each created a separate content folder on my Google Drive, but they don’t sync with each other. I’m not entirely sure what’s happening, but it seems like there might be two accounts associated with one email address or something similar.
Neither does mobile sync work, which I pretty much would like to use.
Did you get any updates from Pioneer?
Any progress with this?
