Windows 11 and GRV6 - headphone issues

Hi Pioneer. Just started using my Alphatheta GRV6, which is absolutely brilliant. I'm running Rekordbox on Windows 11. Everything is fine in terms of loading tracks, playback etc but I can't hear anything through the headphones jack. Using Pioneer DJ Cue1 headphones also new. Am I missing something? The audio output is set to GRV6. Playback through the monitors using balanced line out perfect. Just total silence so far through the headphones. Am I missing so.ething in the rekordbox or Windows 11 settings? I've googled it heavily but not found anything yet.

Hi Milo,

Check the Headphones volume controls are set correctly on the DJ device;

  • Turn the HEADPHONES MIXING knob to the center;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob all the way to the left;
  • Press the MASTER CUE button;
  • Press your desired Channel CUE button;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob slowly to the right.

Hi there, I am facing the exact same issue. Is this a hardware issue, or software. I have tried every troubleshooting steps I could find, but have had no luck. So dissapointed, as I spent a lot of money to buy the unit.
