Rekordbox 7.0.6 Proble library
the library and very slow in searching songs and changing playlists in Version 7.0.6 I had to go back. back to 7.0.5 happened to you too

it just happened to me today, it was running fine on the 15th and something happened its slow as heck now idk what happened...
Try and disable Wi-Fi and also go rekordbox Preferences->View->Layout, un-check TIDAL to hide TIDAL icon.
If you use TIDAL, login TIDAL on rekordbox.
See if that helps.
