REKORDBOX Not connecting via USB to XDJ-RX 3 anymore

Hi, 
All the time it was working fine, for a few years. I connect a USB to my Pioneer RX3, then into the laptop, launching REKORDBOX, in export mode appear option [LINK], at the left bottom corner, u click on it and in rekordbox opens my PC playlists. But suddenly one day it stopped.. All Drivers are fresh, rekordbox tried use 7. version, come back to 6. version.. Its not showing up. In firewall and windows defender, all permissions were added.. 

Can someone advise? What I'm doing wrong?
