already have dropbox - how to get cloud sync to play nice
I already own a large dropbox account and have always organized all of my music and my rekordbox library with it.
I noticed that now that I have turned on cloud sync, if I choose to "upload" a track to the cloud it makes a copy of the file in dropbox. (duplicated the physical files).
I read to you "reimport" your library essentially from dropbox. So I moved my library by changing the name of the folder and did an autorelocate.
Well many hours later, rekordbox duplicated my entire library and all the duplicated entries (not physical files); now shown they were "synced" in the cloud (little dropbox icon). However, all of my playlists and actual hard work was "missing files" that you could not use a re-locate function on. Essentially fubar'ing my entire collection.
I have reverted back to normal and now I am awaiting a solution to use the cloud sync tool.
Thank you for your help.

If a music file is imported in rekordbox from Dropbox folder, the track will be cloud track without executing "Upload to the cloud".
So normally, the track won't be duplicated.
If the track is duplicated, then please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
