Load error

Hi there, I own a DDJ400 and since 3 days, every time I close the console I can't load any track.

Every time I open the console I have to put all my playlists in the console again to use it.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Rekordbox software but without success, I always get the same error.

The error is : Load error The file could not be found. ( with red )

When I right click on any track I have the following options : File is missing ( as text message ) and the options are : Autorelocate, Relocate and Remove from Collection.

The point is that for some tracks I tried to give Autorelocate or Relocate and it worked, not all of them but some of them did.

The problem is that I can only do that for each track, I can't select all of them and having over 500 tracks, I can't do that every time I turn on the console with each track.

I'm waiting to see if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows what I should do to fix it because it takes all the joy out of playing music.
