Track analysis and Playlist management

Hi guys, I'm pretty new here. I've 2 questions about Rekordbox. 1) Everytime I'll charge into a deck a song (also if I've already used) RB analize it again, I believe do it because a blue line start below waveform and become longer until the end of waveform: why RB doesn't remember the analysis results done previously? 2) If I've prepared two different Playlists with one same song and I want to have different CUE point and different LOOP to play same song differently in 2 different Playlist, but If I'm changing something in Playlist A, song change also in playlist B. How I can separate ? Thanks who's help me.
