Headphone cue button not working xdj rr

Not getting any sound through headphones, when cue buttons are on nor off. Im using rekordbox through my computer on the XDJ-RR. How do i get headhone cue buttons to work??

Do the headphones monitoring work correctly when using the XDJ-RR in standalone mode?

If it works correctly, then you might simply have to adjust your settings in rekordbox.

Make sure you select your DJ device as your audio device.

  • In this case, make sure you select XDJ-RR ASIO as the audio device.

 

  • and that your Master and Headphones Outputs are set up correctly.

 

Check the Headphones volume controls are set correctly on the DJ device;

  • Turn the HEADPHONES MIXING knob to the center;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob all the way to the left;
  • Press the MASTER CUE button;
  • Press your desired Channel CUE button;
  • Turn the HEADPHONES LEVEL knob slowly to the right.
