DDJ-REV5 Rrekordbox (and Serato) issue with volume faders.

DDJ-REV5 Rrekordbox (and Serato) issue with volume faders.

When Rekorbox is used by itself, you press mixer button and you can see eq, gain knobs and volume up fader.  When you turn on the DDJREV5, the eq's stay, but the up-volume sliders disappear.  Why is this?  It's most frustrating as the DDJREV5 is a 4 deck controller, and knobs and faders have soft take over (need to be put back in last position to work again).  So when using say deck 1 and 2, then you want to use 3 and 4 all together, you change decks and cant see the positions of volume faders.  If you could see the volume fader levels, you can atleast see where they all are.  Anything I'm missing, or is it Rekordbox designed?  It should be an option to turn on as I can't see why you wouldn't want to see them.  Also Sertato once DDJREV5 is turned on, all eq, fadeers etc disapear, WHY?

DDJREV5 turned off

DDJREV5 turn on.

Hi David Morrsion

I consulted with our engineer, who confirmed this is the intended behaviour when connecting the DDJ-REV5 controller to rekordbox. The crossfader and the channel faders are not shown in the rekordbox screen only while DDJ-REV5 is connected.

Hi Yves , Thank you for confirming.  Can you please look at having it as an option to turn on or off in view or controller settings?  It doesn't make sense when using a two channel controller with layers 3 and 4 not to be able to see volume control.  As mentioned above when you change from deck 1, 2, 3, or 4, you have no idea where the volume is set to, a visual check can help let you know especiallly djing live.  Then if you use stems on the volume its the same thing,it makes it harder.  You can see eq but not volume?  This is one of the reasons I stuck with Rekordbox and didn't use Serato.  In Serato you can't see eq or volume.  Thank you for your help with this one.
