GRV-6 not connecting to rekordbox

I’m having trouble getting my GRV-6 to connect to Rekordbox. The controller is recognized by my Mac, but Rekordbox shows the notification in the attached screenshot.

I’ve already upgraded to the Cloud Option plan, activated my subscription on my Mac, and restarted the program, but it still won’t connect.

Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

update:

Had to update to rekordbox 7 in order for it to work.

Hi Sil Mankor

Please make sure that you are using rekordbox ver. 7.0.4 or later with your DDJ-GRV6 controller.
