major problem, imported music to my new computer and they all moved to the collection but not to the playlists , playlists shows 0 tracks while collection is 4500.

major problem, imported music to my new computer and they all moved to the collection but not to the playlists , playlists shows 0 tracks while collection is 4500. 

before imprting the tracks i have tried to resotre my music collection from the cloud backup's and it failed i couldnt figure out why it failed and i tried to make move my collection with my usb stick. 

and it didnt worked. 
i wonder why is it. 

my usb back up is on 6.8.5 
i imprted it to the ver.7 

any toughts about how to place back all this music in the origianl playlists?
