Ddj-flx6 audio problem whit rekordbox

Rekordbox works normally on my computer using the computer's audio output. However, once I connect the DDJ-FLX6 controller via USB, the audio switches to the connected monitors. After a few seconds, when the controller starts working, the audio stops functioning. The issue persists even after disconnecting the DDJ-FLX6 controller — Rekordbox doesn’t output any audio until I restart the program or even the computer. I’ve tried reinstalling Rekordbox, ensuring all drivers are up to date, the operating system is updated, and double-checking Rekordbox's settings. The same problem happens on two different computers. Any help would be appreciated.

If this only happens when your DJ device is connected, there is a possibility the issue happens because of an unstable USB connection.  Make sure you are using a stable USB connection.

  • Try another USB cable;
  • Try to connect the USB cable to other USB ports (please use a USB-IF Certified cable that can be used for communication (USB 2.0, 480Mbps), not a cable for charging);
  • Disconnect other products connected to the computer;
  • Make sure to connect the DJ device directly to the computer without a USB hub;
  • If you are using a USB converter, please make sure you use a genuine Apple product for higher stability.

If your DJ device is not recognized, try to connect your DJ device to another computer and see if this makes a difference.
