XDJ-700 Not Showing Large Waveforms While Plugged Into Rekordbox

I've tried everything and searched everywhere. Support has not been helpful. The large waveforms show when I use them with a USB drive. However, when I am plugged into Rekordbox via USB cable they do not appear, on the main screen or performance mode. I have two different macbooks I've tried using. It's not the laptops. Does anyone have an XDJ-700 and can see the enlarged waveform when using Rekordbox? Thanks.
