Right Jog Wheel wont scratch

My right jog wheel responds to touch, but does not scratch. I have a DDJ-FLX6

My left jog wheel works fine, but when i try to scratch on the right it doesn't work. If i put my hand on the jog wheel it does stop the song, but when I rotate the wheel the software doesn't move the song

Hi Shane Paran

Have you turned the Vinyl mode on the right deck?

You can activate or deactivate the Vinyl mode on each deck by [Shift] + pressing the JOG CUTTER button.

If that does not solve, please try to reset MIDI and verify the behaviour of rekordbox after resetting.
 
While your DJ device is connected to your computer, click the MIDI button in rekordbox to display the MIDI panel;

Click DEFAULT on the MIDI panel.

See if any difference is made in your DJ device controls.

The same thing happens still. When I touch the right wheel Jog, the music stops. But when I try and scratch it, the music doesn't move still. I am also using Dj Serato Pro
