CDJ 3000 ethernet port not linking
i turned on my cdj 3000 one day and a red light came on. after i tried reseting to factory settings as well as updating firmware. The player has since not been able to link to other cdjs via ethernet. The USB port does work and it does play music. Ive tested different ethernet cables to no avail. i tried cleaning out the port as well. is there anything i can do to fix this or do i have to send it in?

Hi Tocayo
We do not recommend doing a factory resetting of your DJ device as this needs to be done by a trained professional.
If you did a factory resetting of your DJ Player, we would suggest having your DJ unit inspected at one of our Authorized Service Centers.
You can complete our online repair form to a start a repair request and our team will be in touch shortly.
The service guys are fully trained and have a wealth of experience working on Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta equipment. They inspect your DJ device and advise you on the next steps.
