Rekordbox 7 wont open on my device

I installed the latest version of Rekordbox (7.0.8) on my laptop, but I can't open the program. When I try, I just get the error message 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.' I have tried reinstalling it, but still get the same result.
