Hi, rather frustratingly I attempted to flash new firmware to our venues' DJM900nxs2.

followed the instructions, but instead of booting to the firmware update utility, its' now booting into Factory reset mode and I cant select either "NO" OR "YES" when I press the tap button.

My boss will castrate me unless i can get this to work.....

Please help.... 

 

EDIT: after much faffing around, If i remove the Power cable, leave it for a few minutes, it boots normally. 

However, it advances to a submenu and buttons are non responsive, turn it off, on again, straight back to factory reset prompt.
