XDJ AZ not loading correct beat fx

My XDJ az will not "shift" into a lot of the beat fx. When i change the dial, a few of them do change, but the majority just default back to delay. These worked when I first was playing with the controller a few days ago. Not sure what's going on?
I have reset the setting.
Updated the firmware to 1.1.
The issue persists if connected to rekordbox via usb or wifi, or with or without a USB present.

I think it's a hardware failure
Does it seem that the display of FX is not showing correctly, but the FX itself works?
I'm wondering if it is only the display issue or the actual FX is going crazy.
However, most likely it needs an inspection at a service center.
