DDJ FLX 4 NOT CONNECTING
When I connect my DDJ FLX 4 controller to my macbook Bigsur serato dj pro, I noticed that serato dj pro partially recognizes the unit. The MIDI light is blinking and the LOOP buttons on both decks are lit, but with weak illumination. I've downloaded new version of serato dj pro, used difrent usb cords, restarted, and shut down my computer but the issue remains the same. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Got my FLX4 today and having same problem. :( Have updated audio driver on PC, updated firmware on FLX4, different cables. Nothing.

I have exactly the same issue.
Like you I tried to update everything I can. I tried a lot a different cable. I tried to connect to an ipad, iphone, android phone, window computer. I spend a lot of time to fix. It's impossible.
I can connect via bluetoot... but having sound on the ipad is useless...

Okay I think I figured it out. Controller now working with Windows 11 laptop and ready to roll.
The key is ensuring your laptop microphone is allowed access to all apps.

When I went to do this, everything looked enabled already but then I toggled it off and on and suddenly worked.
For audio, make sure your Trim are all the way up. They all the way down by default.
Try out the microphone access and let me know!
