i cant open rekordbox in my windows PC

i have all the proper configuration then too i cant open rekordbox, After i click the icon it shows nothing pls help me with that

One possible cause is compatibility, for rekordbox 7, you will need an AVX2-compatible CPU.

Please refer to How to Know If My Intel® Processor Supports Intel® Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (Intel® AVX2) to find out if your computer has AVX2. If your computer does not support AVX2 you would only be able to download rekorbdox 6.8.5 by clicking on this link.
