Channel 7 is the dimmer. The fixure was updated with no support to Channel 7 and it was set to 0.

There is no light from the fixture at all (just from the LED ring).

Please fix it, the fixture is not usable the way it was created.

Please help!!!

I bought two of these moving heads but can't use them with Rekordbox. Everything looks like it works perfectly except the fact that no light comes out of the fixture.

Is there any phone number I can call and ask for an update?

I think I know how you can get around that for now. You can create a field in DMX Direct Control with the dimmer of your MVH. You have to look at which channel and which values you need to “open” the dimmer. Then you would have to turn on the DMX Direct Control button every time you turn it on or when you restart Rekordbox, but that would at least be a workaround. I hope this Works. Let me know

Korbinian Zunhammer I know I can make it have lights on ALL the time. But moving heads shouldn't have the lights on all the time. I don't have time while I play to turn them on and off all the time.

Ahh sorry I thought your moving head has the brightness separately in another channel but that's exactly the dimmer. Thought it was different sorry

I checked it out. Channel 7 alone is not the solution. I set CH7 to 255, and I got light, but only white light.

So I invested more time in exploring. Other than ch7, which is the dimmer, ch8 is needed as well, which determines the color. It is not clear by the guide white range set which color, so after investigating, here are the CH8 by range:
CH 8 - 0-7 White
8-15 Color 1 - Red
16-23 Color 2 - Green
24-31 Color 3 - Blue
32-39 Color 4 - Yellow
40-47 Color 5 - Magenta
48-55 Color 6 - Orange
56-63 Color 7 - turquoise
64-71 - Half White Half Red
72-79 - Half Red + Half Green
80-87 - Half Green - Half Blue
88-95 - Half Blue - Half Yellow
96-103 - Half Yellow - Half Magenta
104-111 - Half Magenta - Half Orange
112-119 - Half Orange - Half Turquoise
120-127 - Half Turquoise - Half White
128-189 - Color changing waterfall from fast to slow (color changing like a vent)
190-193 - Stop the waterfall and freeze the change
194-255 - Same as 128-189, just the other way around

It's been two months since the initial request to fix it and a month since all the information was provided.

Since then, there have been several library updates, but still no change with this fixture.

How can I contact and speak with someone to better understand why it takes so long to fix/update this fixture? I bought something that I can't use with the lighting fixture (and it is a known brand among DJs).
