Folder Contents set up error -

I have messed up my backup hardrive content folder, through windows I think I moved something I shouldn't have and now in Rekordbox I don't see any folders or playlists like before. 

There are still 17789 tracks when I go to all tracks within Rekordbox, but I am having to now manually create playlists and folders and dragging and dropping from windows content into rekordbox, 

Is there a structure of how I should be setting up contents to see everything again? 

When I click on the usb in windows i see folders

When I click in Pioneer there is another folder called Contents and this is where my original folders I could see in Rekordbox are. Can I put the Contents folder in Pioneer to the main page Contents and see my files again? I am reluctant to do anything and lose further, as you can imagine constantly downloading songs I already own onto my rekordbox repeatedly is time consuming 

I am hoping this is the easy fix, I just don't want to try it without experience suggesting so first. 

The contents on the main page also has music in it and I don't know how there are two contents folders with different songs and neither show up on rekordbox.
