You can't at the moment. There was a news flash related to it on the home page until recently, something about the payment system handlers ceasing trading, so until they've sorted it renewal's aren't available, last time I read it, which was about a month ago. Not sure why it's been removed if it's ongoing?
It should auto re-new without billing you until they fix the issue.
