fix your internet connection environment and try again

i got this error when i try to login to rekordbox, i delete what was inside the Pionner file on AppData because my rekordbox was not loading, i was just seeing the screen of rejordbox loading and when i click on it i crash. Now after i uninstalled this file it ask me to login "into rekordbox BUT fix your internet connection environment and try again" appear when i try to log in, i already tried to check my firewall settings and rekordbox have access to internet. I tried rekordbox 6, 7, 6 and 7 again, and uninistalling to reinstall again and again but nothing, also malwarebytes didnt made a thing and same for windows defender. I'm on windows 10 and i'm using rekordox 7.1.1. Thanks for any help i really need this for a gig coming in one week thanks.
