rekordbox not showing the waveform

Hi, im experiencing something with my rekordbox. When i load a song to setup my cues, the waveform does not shows up. So i have to change to dual player then back to single to be able to look at it. Is anyone having the same issue? is there a solution? I tried deleting and reinstalling and it's the same story. I'm using apple m3
